Relief From Sciatica Nerve Pain

End Sciatica Pain Now!

Stretches For Sciatica

For those who suffer with chronic bouts of sciatica nerve pain, making it through simple daily activities, like getting in and out of the car, going up or down a flight of stairs to simply sitting comfortably can be a struggle.  Severe sciatic nerve pain can be debilitating and decreases the quality of life for the sufferer. Luckily there are numerous ways to naturally relieve sciatica.  By consistently engaging in a series of stretches for sciatica for at least 2-6 weeks, you too can effectively alleviate your pain.

Please read my free report on how I was able to end sciatica nerve pain in the privacy of my own home within six weeks.

Stretches for sciatica are natural and easy to do in the privacy of your own home.  They are effective because they help to address the root cause of the pain.  These stretches and range of motion exercises help to loosen tight muscles in the lower back, hip and buttock areas as well as improve your natural range of motion.  This helps remove pressure on compressed nerves and to reduce disc herniation in the lumbar spine.  The most important thing to keep in mind while stretching to ease your sciatica is that you must do the stretches correctly or you could mistakenly make your pain worse.
"Say Goodbye to Back Pain" in a wonderful specialized exercise program that was developed by Hans Kraus, M.D and Alexander Melleby, M.S., specifically for the YMCA's "Healthy Back Program" back in 1974.

Since 1974 over 300,000 back pain sufferers have taken part in these back pain therapy sessions.  An astounding 80% of participants who completed the six week program were able to either completely eliminate or significantly reduce their pack pain to the point that they were fully capable of performing many physical activities that they there were previously unable to achieve due to their severe back pain, including sciatica nerve pain.

This program was later produced on video and released as a VHS back pain relieve program back in the 80's.  This program has been so successful in helping people ease their back pain that is has been transferred to DVD and is now presented in a 96 minute, well chaptered version that includes information on the possible causes of your back pain, testes to determine where you should begin your back pain therapy and three progressively longer routines to help strengthen and stretch the lower back, hip flexors and buttocks.

The exercises are done slowly as they are gentle and surprisingly easy.  They are provided in a specific order so that they build on one another. You will be gently guided through a series of floor and seated exercise.  The DVD also come with a little booklet you can take with you should you need to do these stretches without a DVD player.  Personally, I do the 14 minute section after every single workout.
